Mill Pond Park Renamed Prevail Park During Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

During a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 29, City of Owen Mayor Scott Jalling officially proclaimed that Mill Pond Park will be known as Prevail Park in recognition of Prevail Bank’s $20,000 contribution toward the park’s renovation.
