Badger Bank: Badger Bank Helps Provide Grants to Cash & Olive’s Pub in Cambridge and the Beauty Shoppe in Lake Mills
Cash & Olive’s Pub in Cambridge and The Beauty Shoppe in Lake Mills were both awarded a $15,000 grant through their partnership with Badger Bank on behalf of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank Chicago) through its Community First® Accelerate Grants for Small Business (Accelerate Grants).

Small businesses are facing challenges with growing or enhancing their operations due to rising costs in our environment today. Badger Bank is known for its community involvement and support of local businesses and thrives on community impact development. With the help of Executive Vice President Tom Dehnert, Senior Lender Mitch Weyer, and Loan Officer Logan Larabee at Badger Bank, these two businesses will be using grant money for improvements needed at their establishments. Weyer stated, “We want to see our local businesses grow and succeed.” “This grant will help us with improving the kitchen equipment at Cash & Olive’s Pub,” owners Jen O’Branovich and Courtney Sargent stated. The Beauty Shoppe owner Rachel Larrabee says she plans on doing some building upgrades.
