David Rucker Joins Bank First as Vice President – Retail Banking

David Rucker

Albert Curl, Senior Vice President – Retail Market Manager at Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC), is pleased to announce David Rucker has recently joined the Bank as Vice President – Retail Banking. “We are thrilled to have David join our team,” said Curl. “His banking experience, dedication to customer service, and deep connection to the Oshkosh community make him an excellent fit for Bank First. I’m confident that David will make a lasting impact as he helps our customers achieve their homeownership goals.”

David joins Bank First with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with a recent focus on mortgage lending, helping make the dream of homeownership a reality for his clients. Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, David provides personalized solutions for homebuyers and homeowners. His extensive background will be valuable as he supports the Bank’s new and existing retail customers in Oshkosh and the surrounding communities. David earned a master’s degree in leadership from Marian College in Fond du Lac and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Concordia University. Committed to his community, David serves on the Board of Trustees for the Oshkosh Public Library and Winnefox Library System and is a dedicated member of the Kiwanis Club. He is also a board member of Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods, supporting local initiatives to enhance the area’s well-being and vitality. He and his wife, Donna, have raised their son and daughter in Oshkosh, which they have proudly called home for more than 30 years.
