First Business Bank Promotes Bryson Machonga To Vice President – Treasury Management

Bryson Machonga

First Business Bank is pleased to announce Bryson Machonga’s promotion to Vice President – Treasury Management.

Bryson joined First Business Bank in 2017 as a Credit Analyst. Since then, he has steadily advanced through the organization, specializing in Treasury Management. In his new role as Vice President – Treasury Management, Bryson enjoys helping clients optimize their cash flow, prevent fraud, and leverage other Treasury Management solutions to enhance and protect their financial operations. His expertise and dedication were recognized when he was named an Insight Publications 40 under 40 honoree in 2024.

Bryson earned a bachelor’s degree in business and sport management from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. Prior to obtaining his degree, Bryson attended Erskine College in South Carolina where he earned his collegiate varsity letter in soccer. Bryson serves on a variety of boards and committees across the Fox Cities and volunteers through YMCA Fox Cities/Appleton, Appleton Education Foundation, Appleton Alliance Church, and other nonprofit organizations. He also serves as First Business Bank’s Advocacy Officer with the Wisconsin Bankers Association.
