New VP and District Manager Named for North Shore Bank
Dee Patel
North Shore Bank has announced that Dee Patel has been promoted to Vice President and District Manager for the bank’s East Region, which includes offices in Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties. In this new role, Patel will be responsible for directing the activities of branch personnel to achieve operational and service objectives that fulfill the bank’s mission as a community-focused bank that forms lasting relationships by offering personalized financial solutions to meet customers’ needs and goals.
“We are excited to see the ways in which Dee continues to apply her leadership and vast expertise to each of our branch locations,” said Susan T. Doyle, senior vice president, head of retail banking at North Shore Bank. “Dee is ready and well-equipped to take on this new and elevated role.”
Patel joined North Shore Bank in 2020 as an area manager for the bank. Prior to joining the bank, Patel was a successful owner of franchise locations for two different national organizations, with a background in banking. She has also earned the Branch Manager of the Year honor twice.
