Badger Bank Announces Promotions

Badger Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jacob Eckerman as branch manager of the Cambridge location and Dee Horn to assistant vice president/Jefferson branch manager.

Jacob will oversee the day-to-day operations as a branch manager. He will celebrate his 7th anniversary with the bank come May. Jacob started as a loan processor in 2017. He has been located at the Cambridge branch for his entire career with the bank and is a member of the Cambridge community along with his wife, who runs the Art Hub, and their two daughters who attend the Cambridge School District.

“Jacob has demonstrated his talents and capabilities during his first six years with the bank, and we are very proud of his career progress,” stated CFO of Badger Bank, Craig Keleher.

Dee has done a fantastic job of managing the Jefferson branch for several years. This is a much-deserved promotion. The leadership team recognizes Dee’s value and commitment to Badger Bank and its customers. Dee has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence in her 13 years at Badger Bank.

As the bank’s newest officer, her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of banking will reinforce Badger Bank’s position in the communities it serves.

“Dee has been and continues to be an instrumental part of the Badger Bank team and this was a natural next step for Dee and the bank”, stated Craig Keleher, CFO of Badger Bank. “Please join me in congratulating Dee on her promotion.”
