Executive Leadership Changes and Promotions at Westbury Bank

Ryan Petri

Westbury Bank is pleased to announce that Ryan Petri (42) has been named President of Westbury Bank effective Thursday, August 1, 2024. With this appointment, former President, Greg Remus, will continue his active participation in the Bank and its operations as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Westbury Bank and Westbury Bancorp, Inc.

Ryan joined Westbury Bank in 2007 and has most recently served as Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer. Ryan has developed over 20 years of experience and expertise in the Financial Services industry. His previous experience includes the areas of retail banking, commercial credit underwriting, portfolio management, collections and credit restructuring, commercial lending, operations and bank management. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking program. His active involvement in the community and experience in the Financial Services industry makes him a natural choice for the role of President of Westbury Bank. Ryan is also a past graduate of the West Bend Leadership Program, has been an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), the Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin (CAR-W), the Waukesha County Business Alliance and the Wisconsin Alumni Association. Along with being active in his community, he enjoys traveling with family and coaching youth baseball and football.

In his new appointment as President of Westbury Bank, Ryan will focus on guiding the overall leadership and strategic direction of the Bank as well as carry out Westbury’s mission to meet our goals by helping our customers, our communities, our people and our shareholders meet theirs. In addition, he has fashioned strong executive management team changes to support the Bank’s initiatives. Jerad Yapp (39) has been promoted to Chief Community Banking Officer, Brad LaRue (46) has been promoted to Chief Lending Officer and Brian Neuman (42) has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer effective Thursday, August 1, 2024.

Jerad Yapp has been employed by Westbury Bank since 2008 and has most recently served as Senior Vice President – Commercial Lending. As Chief Community Banking Officer, Jerad will use his experience, skills and relationships to maximize the value that we can offer to our communities. Jerad is a lifelong member of the Kewaskum and greater Washington County community having graduated from West Bend East High School. Jerad currently serves on the West Bend Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a graduate of the West Bend Leadership Program of which he is now a member of the Alumni Association.

Brad LaRue joined Westbury Bank in 2011 and has most recently served as Senior Vice President – Commercial Lending. As Chief Lending Officer, Brad is responsible for overseeing the operations of the residential and commercial lending departments while working with the lending teams to manage the portfolios, foster relationships with clients and support the financial needs of our communities. He will work closely with senior management on overall Bank and lending strategies to align with the organization’s goals. Brad is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and the Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin (CAR-W).

Brian Neuman joined the Executive Team this year as Senior Vice President – Finance & Operations Manager. As Chief Operating Officer, Brian is responsible for planning, organizing and controlling day-to-day operational activities of the Bank. He will collaborate on key sales and marketing initiatives with a specific focus on growth. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Brian is a lifelong resident of Hartland and serves the greater Waukesha County area as Treasurer of the Lake Country Swim Team, a member of the National W Club and an active youth soccer and baseball coach.

Westbury Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for Westbury Bank. Westbury Bank is an independent community bank serving communities in Washington and Waukesha Counties through nine full-service branches.
