Mike Vaughan Joins Bank First as Senior Vice President – Business Banking

Tim McFarlane, President at Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Vaughan as Senior Vice President of Business Banking. In this role, Mike will foster and expand business relationships and ensure the delivery of innovative, value-driven financial solutions to the communities the Bank
serves.

Mike Vaughan brings a wealth of experience to Bank First, with over 26 years of progressive experience in the banking industry. He has held senior leadership positions, including Market President and Senior Vice President of Business Banking, where he has gained extensive expertise in the credit department and business banking sector.

Mike is deeply involved in the community. He is a 13U Baseball Coach for Winneconne and a member of the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation Board, the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation Finance Committee Board, and the Oshkosh Southwest Rotary Board. His commitment to community service and leadership aligns perfectly with Bank First’s mission to support and engage with the communities it serves.

A native of Omro, Wisconsin, Mike graduated from Omro High School in 1994 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW – Oshkosh in 1998. Mike resides in Winneconne with his wife and their two sons. In addition to his professional and community commitments, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and coaching.
