One Community Bank is excited to welcome James Nelesen as VP – Retail Banking Manager.

With over 10 years of management experience across a variety of organizations and 5 years of retail banking experience, James has excelled in diverse roles throughout his career. He has consistently prioritized delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring their personal and business banking needs are always met.

James is dedicated to fostering individual growth among his colleagues and providing clients with the tools they need to be successful on their financial journey. “My office door is always open, and I’m extremely fortunate to get to serve our Waunakee and Adams area,” James added.

Outside of work, James enjoys a range of outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, and camping. He also cherishes spending time around the campfire with his family.
