Premier Community Bank is pleased to announce the addition of a new position: Spanish Interpreter CSR (Customer Service Representative). As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele, we have created this role to bridge language gaps and ensure effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers.
Meet Our New Spanish Interpreter CSR: Alejandra Patino

She is fluent in both Spanish and English, Alejandra brings a wealth of community knowledge and cultural sensitivity to her role. Her expertise will enhance customer interactions, facilitate transactions, and foster a welcoming environment for all.

Alejandra’s Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Alejandra will be available during regular business hours to assist Spanish-speaking customers with their banking needs. From opening accounts to explaining financial products, she will provide accurate and friendly support.
Document Translation: Alejandra will translate essential documents, including account agreements, disclosures, and informational materials. This ensures that our Spanish-speaking clients have access to the same information as our English-speaking customers.
Cultural Sensitivity: Beyond language, Alejandra will promote cultural understanding. She will help bridge cultural differences, ensuring that our services are respectful and inclusive.
