One Community Bank Welcomes New Hires
One Community Bank proudly welcomes Dennis Haefer as senior vice president – commercial banking manager at our Waunakee location and Jillian Adams to our Middleton location as bank manager.
“I’m excited to announce the addition of Dennis to our team. His skills and background are impressive, and I know his dedication corresponds perfectly with our team’s values. Dennis’ energy and passion to assist clients will lead to great achievements,” said Dan Carey, chief commercial officer.
Haefer has 35 years of experience in the banking industry. He has established strong relationships with a spectrum of professionals, including business owners, business leaders, and entrepreneurs to help them with their banking needs. “My experiences in different industries and financing opportunities have been rewarding and have provided for a continuously evolving career,” said Haefer. “I have always enjoyed working with the incredible business community in Dane County.”
Being involved in the community is something Haefer is passionate about. Currently, he is involved with Madison Area Sports Commission, Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, Queen of Peace Church, and coaches youth basketball. Haefer says, “One Community Bank’s focus and culture aligns perfectly with my values and career experiences. I’m excited to be a part of this team and an organization that is committed to supporting the communities where they serve.”
In his spare time, Haefer engages in outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, running, golfing, and various water activities. He also enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
“It’s a pleasure to welcome Jillian to our Middleton team. In her new role, Jillian will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank, lead the team, build strong relationships, and continue investing in the Middleton community,” said Carrie Schraeder, VP – retail banking manager.
Prior to joining One Community Bank, Adams gained valuable experience in telesales and business consulting. After transitioning to follow a passion in banking, she joined the banking industry as a lender and financial educator. “I’m excited to join One Community Bank because I found that OCB’s tenets align with my own principals,” said Adams.
Adams looks forward to connecting with community members in her new role. “I enjoy meeting people one on one and getting to share my experiences with the community. This opportunity will allow me to continue those meaningful interactions with both clients and the community,” said Adams.
Outside of work, Adams enjoys reading, making jewelry, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the community on her electric bike.
