Waukesha State Bank Elects Andy Gutierrez to Board of Directors
Waukesha State Bank, a 14-branch independent community bank in Waukesha County, is proud to announce the addition of Andy Gutierrez, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ProHealth Care, Inc., to its Board of Directors.

Andy Gutierrez has nearly 20 years of financial experience and serves as the CFO of ProHealth Care, Inc., a $1 billion health care system in southeastern Wisconsin – treating more than 400,000 patients per year. ProHeath Care is the parent company of both Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. In his role at ProHealth Care, he is responsible for directing all fiscal activities, including financial analysis and reporting, financial controls, business analytics, budgeting processes, accounting, audit, treasury and analytical support to ensure the organization achieves their short-term and long-term business goals.
Andy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance from Marquette University and his Masters of Business Administration from Carroll University. In addition to serving on the corporate board of Waukesha State Bank, Andy is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors for La Casa de Esperanza and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Additionally, he is a not-for-profit advisory committee member for the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and a health care expert panel member for the American Institute of CPAs® (AICPA).
