Dawn brings nearly 30 years of comprehensive financial experience to Waukesha State Bank, with a distinguished career that spans both the business and retail banking sectors. Prior to joining Waukesha State Bank, she excelled as Vice President – Small Business Relationship Manager at Associated Bank, where she played a key role in nurturing small business growth and delivering tailored financial solutions.
In her new role as Vice President – Commercial Banking Officer, Dawn will be responsible for prospecting, developing and managing commercial loan portfolios, ensuring that local businesses have access to the resources they need to thrive.
Dawn is deeply committed to community engagement. She actively volunteers with organizations such as the Hartford Business Improvement District (BID), Hartford Networking Group, the Medical Foundation of Hartford and Cedar Community in West Bend. Residing in Hartford with her family, Dawn is dedicated to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
