Waterstone Investment Services is pleased to announce Tyler Sass as the latest addition to its team. Sass will serve as the financial advisor in the bank’s Germantown office.
With a strong background in the investment services industry, Sass, a University of Wisconsin–Platteville business graduate started his financial career with an internship at Northwestern Mutual in 2015, before later becoming an independent financial advisor in 2021. In 2022, Sass joined Western & Southern Financial Group as a financial advisor, successfully revitalizing a top-producing office, leading to significant growth.
Sass brings valuable experience and a Retirement Income Certified Professional Designation to WaterStone Bank. He is eager to leverage his skills and knowledge to drive growth within the Investment Services team.

Sass lives in West Bend with his wife, Kristen, and two young children. Sass enjoys salmon fishing and watching Wisconsin sports, as well as following the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins and the English Premier League’s Arsenal.
