Waukesha State Bank Expands Private Banking with the Promotion of Mandy Litwin
Waukesha State Bank, a full-service community bank with 14 locations in Waukesha County, is pleased to announce the expansion of its private banking services with the promotion of Mandy Litwin to private banking associate.
“Our private banking services launched in 2019, which gave us the opportunity to introduce more affluent members of the community to the excellent array of financial services and expertise that Waukesha State Bank offers,” stated Victor J. Schultz, President of Waukesha State Bank Wealth Management. “We are pleased to welcome Mandy to our wealth management team to expand these services. She has an extensive background in retail banking with Waukesha State Bank, which positions her well to offer high-touch, insightful customer service.”
Mandy joined Waukesha State Bank in 2017 as a teller and has continually honed her skills and taken on increasing roles and responsibilities over the years. She’s been promoted to mentor, customer service representative, assistant team supervisor, team supervisor, and personal banker before her most recent promotion in January 2023 to assistant bank manager of Waukesha State Bank’s Delafield office. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and in her new role as private banking associate, Mandy will be responsible for supporting the growth of private banking relationships as part of the wealth management division of Waukesha State Bank.
